    Just wanted to say THANK YOU for this and for all the other offerings you have been sharing. This yoga guide is well done. I am also a certified yoga instructor, though I retired teaching a few years ago, I still practice daily. So great for keeping grounded and in so many ways for the body including the lymph. I also have Lymphedema (2ndary in both legs) and was at the conference in TO last fall. I have enjoyed the teas and lymph mitt I got from you.
