It’s built upon 40+ years of experience living with Lymphedema, as well as my Masters in Information Studies and trainings in Self-care, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Herbalism.

I believe that each of us FEELS Lymphedema differently, and that we might need different supports at different times, but there are some common strategies and tips that apply to lymphatic swelling and congestion.
