It can be great to practice in a group and experience the energy of everyone in the room, but sometimes we need to just connect with our very own individual needs - especially when it comes to Lymphedema, and this my friend,
is where private yoga comes in.

Plus, everybody’s body is different, from our musculoskeletal structure, to range of motion, to our proportions. Folks have different careers, experiences of emotions, worries, and responsibilities and might benefit from having a class at their best time.

Private classes are tailored to your OWN Lymphedema experience & based on your individual needs at a time that suits you!

FAQ’s you might have about Private Yoga

  • Absolutely! We can work together over zoom and I will help you though talking and demonstrating. You may not live close to Edmonton, so meeting online allows us to work together and you to experience the results yoga can bring you on your wellness journey.

  • Yes. I do offer in-person yoga for people living in the greater Edmonton area.

    This includes: City of Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, & Beaumont.

  • Yes. We will chat about what times are available and which work best for you.

    Then once we get started, you will have a standing class appointment that will always be at that time unless we change it.
    That way you know when your class is, and you get to keep the slot that works best for you!

  • You will see the most improvement with 3-10 sessions, with approximately 1 class a week.

    It takes time to learn the movements that help your body improve the best.

    When we work together, we are building a relationship based on trust, and working towards your health goals. It’s a conversation back and forth, adapting to your body and meeting you where you are at in the moment, building towards where you are wanting to go.

  • Yes! There are many people who could benefit from private yoga and the experience of a group class isn’t accessible to them, such as shift workers, other chronic health challenges, sensory challenges, and of course love being at and/or working from home.

  • For online sessions: A bundle of 10 sessions are $$997 total + tax) and a bundle of 3 sessions are ($333 total + tax).
