How to use

You can use as a single mitt or buy a pair and really give your body a massage. Use them dry on your skin, or try them as a bath mitt for the shower or bath to exfoliate the skin when wet.

Dry brush tips:

  • Start at the collarbone shoulder girdle area to flush the lymphatics, then

  • work outwards along your limbs and

  • down towards your toes, using an upwards brushing motion,

  • brushing towards the heart, and

  • use circular strokes around the joints.

Additional info

Made from Jute, a natural fibre. Unlike other dry brushes, these are washable. We recommend using a garment bag and washing on warm or cold, delicate/perma press cycle.

We now have two kinds:

  • Regular Soft Jute

  • Extra soft Jute
