Rooted Tincture

Bitters Blend with Wildflower Honey
Poplar Buds • Burdock • Dandelion

Come back to your center.

Rooted is a gentle, daily tonic designed to support your digestion, your liver, and your lymphatic system—especially in seasons when you’re feeling off, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body.

Whether it’s stress, a disrupted gut, or the after-effects of antibiotics… this is a place to begin again.

A Return to Balance

There’s a quiet relationship between your mind, your gut, and your sense of groundedness.

When digestion feels sluggish or your system feels burdened, it often shows up as more than just physical discomfort—you might feel foggy, heavy, or not quite yourself.

Rooted was created to support that connection.

A blend of traditional bitters and gentle herbs to help your body process, move, and reset—so you can feel clearer, lighter, and more at home in your body.

What Makes It Special

A true bitters blend
Bitters naturally stimulate digestive juices and support liver function—helping your body break down and move what it no longer needs.

Lymph-supportive herbs
Plants like burdock, dandelion, and cleavers have long been used to support fluid movement and reduce stagnation.

Softened with wildflower honey
A touch of locally sourced wildflower honey balances the bitterness, making this tincture both effective and enjoyable to take.

Rooted in place
Crafted with herbs we’ve foraged and/or grown ourselves, and infused into a grain spirit from a local Alberta distillery.

The Plant Allies

Burdock – traditionally used to support the liver and skin, helping the body clear and restore
